Return & Exchange Policy

1) Return or exchange can be done once per order and request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
2) The product that needs to be returned or exchanged should be unused, not damaged and all the tags should be intact.
3) The customer will have to self-ship the product to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of return/exchange request confirmation. Kindly address the package to- C-145 SouthCity 2 Gurgaon Haryana 122001
4) Order that is not shipped within 5 days of return/exchange request confirmation will NOT be
accepted.
5) Please mention the order number and return id on a paper and keep it with the product
while returning.
6) You are requested to share the courier details with us at petshealthcart@gmail.com
7) We’ll send a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment and process the refund
after checking the returned product.
8) The refund amount will reflect in your account withing 7-10 days of receiving the returned
product.
